HIDE is a cave pervaded by an inhuman vibration, an ancestral drone, resembling a roar-melt: an enveloping, magmatic sound matter, produced in real time by the performer’s body, poised between animal and human, animate and inanimate, concealment and apparition.
Body and cave form a single crypto-landscape, where, in the inexhaustible concert of water drops, dance emerges as the possibility of metamorphosis, of being other than oneself; an inner zapping that cites other states of being, the continuous mutation of forms, in search of a connection with the deep sources of the image.

Performer, director and dance maker, Edoardo Mozzanega in his research uses different tools and languages including theater, dance, storytelling, video making, somatic practices, to investigate their transformative power towards the real. This investigation has led him to create different performative formats such as video installations, workshops and performances in theater and site-specific. In 2019, in collaboration with other artists, he conceived Neutopica, a project of transdisciplinary artistic residencies with an experimental and collaborative form that take life and space in disused places and marginal areas.
