A sequence of movement performed in unison by a group of dancers. In this work, the chord of steps becomes a tool to evoke other spaces, as well as a form of caring for our being together. A movement from the past and the present projected towards a future that we do not yet know. D’ençà wants to offer a poetic and contemplative space that brings us closer to possible ways of living and being in movement, starting from the places we have inhabited.

Quim Bigas Bassart works in the fields of choreography, dramaturgy and information processes. Quim’s works often use documentary procedures to unfold choreographic possibilities that open up continuous temporal perspectives. He often questions the encounter between memory, subjective experience and absence and explores the role of the body as a somatic entity, which continues to raise questions and concerns about the perspectives of the real.
