A training residency dedicated to sharing and experimenting specific methodologies of reading and feedback of unfinished creative, artistic and curatorial materials.

The practice of feedback is a founding methodology of development processes in the relational, collective and creative dimension and a fundamental component of artistic accompaniment processes. Training in giving, receiving and moderating feedback is encouraged, assuming that the common work starts from different positions and develops equally on three different roles: expression, reception, moderation of feedback.

The gymnasium will allow the participants – a heterogeneous group of artists and curators – to practice the proposed methods, including Liz Lerman’s Critical response process and the DasArts Feedback method, starting with the sharing of their own materials in the studio. Both artists and curators will give and receive feedback on what is shared.
